Profile Senior Quality Advisor:

Do you have experience in overseeing and ensuring the quality of various aspects of Renewable Wind projects? Can you ensure that the projects adhere to high-quality standards?

For one of our clients providing innovative offshore solutions, we are looking for a
Senior Quality Advisor for all Project Quality activities within assigned renewables project work packages.

You will ensure that all aspects of the work are compliant with project contractual requirements, the company's system, and regulatory and legal requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Direct, manage, and monitor all Quality activities and performance within assigned tender and project work package(s).
• Support the development and implementation of Project Quality Management, Assurance, and Control strategy.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan effectively.
• Take the lead in reviewing Quality discipline documents related to client contractual documents, internal deliverables, and supply chain deliverables.
• Provide Quality support and guidance to the project team.
• Act as the main point of contact with the Client regarding Quality matters and Client Quality deliverables.
• Implement the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) Quality management approach within the assigned project work packages.
• Lead nonconformance management, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Manage Quality Assurance for Supplier and Subcontractor evaluation, management, and product or service delivery across a diverse, multitiered supply chain (both national and international).
• Collaborate with Engineering technical authorities, such as Design, LV/HV Electrical, Transport and Installation, Welding & Materials, NDT, and Coating, to ensure alignment with Quality requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee Quality Control (QC) management for onshore and offshore works, including the Company's Assets and Subcontractor or Supplier sites.
• Take responsibility for developing the QC strategy and budget, forecasting and deploying resources, and managing QC performance.
• Manage and deliver the audit program within the assigned project work package(s).

Requirements Senior Quality Advisor:

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in supervision and mentoring of Quality personnel within a team structure is desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of

Quality Standards:
ISO 9000 Series, ISO 10005, BE EN

• Proven track record in incident/failure event investigation and reporting utilising root cause analysis tools and methodologies.
• Renewable or Oil & Gas sector knowledge of contractual mechanisms and technical codes and standards as applied in EPCI Renewables/Oil & Gas projects, and associated product and service delivery is desirable.
• Capable of presentation and discussion at a Senior Management level.
• Qualified and experienced Lead Auditor.
