TSR Legal are excited to be working with a heavyweight regional Law Firm with 5 offices across the UK who are looking for a Construction Solicitor, ideally with 5 years PQE who is looking to work in contentious or non-contentious work.

The firm is well-established with over 30 years' experience and has a national reputation for excellence in the Property sector with strength in depth in a wide selection of other legal services for businesses and individuals.

Salary is competitive + benefits

Hours:
37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities

Development of contentious and noncontentious practice within the firm,
Responsible for the daytoday related work inclusive of arbitration, adjudication and litigation,
Meet agreed billing targets,
Assist colleagues within the department with case files,
Maintaining a high level of client care, acting promptly and proactively,
Supervision of all support staff working immediately for you,
Business development and marketing in relation to Construction.

Personal Specification

Solicitor / FCILEX qualified or relevant substantial experience in conveyancing,
Ideally 5yrs+ PQE
Experience with Construction
Possess a detailed understanding of Construction Law
Ability to maintain and build upon existing client relationships
Selforganised and proactive
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Adaptable to the needs of the business as changes occur
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
