Kingsley Home Care Services Limited (part of Kingsley Healthcare) is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and our residential homes.

The Role
We are seeking a reliable Business Administrator to assist within our Home Care Team based in Diss, Suffolk.

It will involve overseeing and supporting all areas of the Home Care operation including admin, recruitment & marketing of the service.

This role is fundamental to our growth plans therefore we are looking for someone who will challenge the status quo and drive the business to deliver success at every level.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Front of House (receive and welcome people to the office)
  • Recruitment (organising adverts through to staff commencing)
  • General administration and management of various computer programmes
  • Selling and marketing our services. As well as lead the marketing locally alongside the marketing team
The position is offering 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with a salary of £25,000.
This may include weekends and evenings, so flexibility is required. Start/finish times may vary depending on the needs of the business.


Criteria / Person Specification:


  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment Excellent IT skills, including a proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and have the ability to understand new systems quickly
  • Clear and friendly telephone manner
  • Good Dealing with requests and queries in an efficient and polite manner
  • Good organisational skills and have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Be reliable and trustworthy
