JMC are working with a leading Engineering business based in Chelmsford, who are looking to recruit Manufacturing Operatives to join their expanding team.
This is a Permanent Position based in Chelmsford. This role is for 39 hours per week, Monday- Thursday on the Day Shift. The hours are 07:00 17:00, Monday
- Thursday. This role pays £11.50 per hour.
- Overtime at 1.5X
- 22 days Holiday+ Bank Holidays

The Operative will be responsible for "masking" aircraft components in line with technical requirements prior to surface treatments being applied and de-mask post treatment.
The responsibilities will involve:
- Mask aircraft components in line with technical requirements.
- Demask aircraft components post treatment.
- Ensure all work complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work on feet for long periods of time
- Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Previous masking experience is not essential as training will be provided.
