Supply Chain/ Logistics Coordinator

Interim Contract

Part Time = 25 hours per week = flexible

6 Month Initial Term - Hybrid Working

Role Profile


Due to continued year on year growth, a support role is required to support the day-to-day operational tasks within the supply chain & logistics teams.


  • Support Customer Care & Transport Partners with Transport queries (for example Returned Shipments, Failed collections, missing documentation, customs issues)
  • To work with the credit team to resolve credit queries.
  • To create and manage buyback transport requests/documentation.
  • To manage 3rd party Logistics partner arranging shipments back to suppliers, resolving any incorrect shipments.
  • To support to Manager with any monthly reporting requirements.
  • To maintain and update backend internal and external parts list / address database.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competent on word, excel, ppt.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional handling of all internal and external communications with regards to quality.
  • Good attention to detail when dealing with goods in
  • Strong time management for the control of selfworkload.
  • Good team player.
  • Flexible in supporting business needs
