Customer Service Agent is an important role and is often the first point of contact for customers.
_About the role:
_
- This role is working Wednesday
- Sunday.
Hours:Wednesday
: 8am - 17:30pm, Thur
: 8am - 17:30pm, Fri**: 8am - 17:30pm
-
Saturday: 8am - 15:00pm &
Sunday: 8am - 13:00pm
- You will be having regular customer contact answering calls, accepting bookings & plan out drivers runs
- A key part of this role will be working together in locating vehicles either from your own branch, or across the UK network to fulfil all bookings
- Respond to bookings and schedule deliveries and collections with SLA liaising with customers to confirm requirements
- Must ensure all vehicles are collected and delivered on time and having a confident attitude is vital to achieve this.
- Action insurance requirements for bookings as required
- Action any vehicle administration requirements
- Must communicate effectively to colleagues within your team and across the business to achieve the business target
- Escalate any issues as appropriate ( E.G. Vehicle damage) and complete the appropriate paperwork
