Elite Recycling Solutions Ltd requires an
Operations Coordinator to join our friendly, hard working team based in Stanstead Abbotts.


You must enjoy working as part of a fun, dynamic and passionate team that is driven by the great customer service we offer on a daily basis.

We are looking for you to have a bubbly and approachable nature with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and with our customers and suppliers.

In addition you will have a can do attitude to challenges when they arise.

You'll be well organised, with good memory retention and the ability to efficiently manage your workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.


A typical day:


  • Team planning to ensure daily tasks and objectives are shared
  • Regular contact with suppliers and customers to confirm service arrangements & bookings.
  • Liaise with our logistics partners to confirm job completion.
  • Working closely with the Accounts team ensuring accurate data entry using Excel & our internal software.
  • Assisting with information collation and trend analysis.
  • Report generation.
  • Supporting the Sales team to identify Service Providers in new areas.
  • Assisting with the purchase and sale of Commodities.
  • Ensure daily collection/delivery paperwork is issued and returned efficiently.
  • Assisting with internal projects & other general administrative duties as required.

  • Well organised and be able to prioritise tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to retain information.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Experienced with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and a passion for providing excellent customer service, finding those 'out of the box solutions' when needed.
