**The Role: Technical Services Engineer

Location:
Hybrid - Belfast & Derry/Londonderry

Salary:
Up to £45,000

Wintel, Active Directory, Networking, Server Builds**An international IT Solutions Provider is on the market seeking the highest of performing Technical Services Engineers to accompany their expanding Dynamic Infrastructure Operations teams based in Belfast.

Furthermore, you'll be provided with specialised access to a Learning & Development budget, facilitating your personal development through accessto various Technical Accreditations such as; Agile, AWS, Azure, GCP etc., whilst working across rewarding customer engagements.

The role:

Provide remote IT support Services across Private and Public sectors
Troubleshooting, providing Incident, Change & Problem Management Support
Working on Adhoc Projects to build out infrastructures, Networks, Storage, Servers or Active Directories

Essential Experience:

Windows server 2012/2016/201
Microsoft Cluster Technologies
Incident/Problem/Change Management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Hands on experience with Wintel servers and Active Directory

Desirable Experience:

SCCM
SCOM
Enterprise level backup technologies
Cloud technologies; Azure and/or AWS
VMshare, VSphere
Exchange
Scripting

Benefits Package:

Base Salary: £25,000 £45,000 (Based on interview performance/experience)
Variable Success Bonus: Based on company and personal performance
On Call Allowance (1 Week per month)
Equating to an extra £4,000 per year
