About the Role

  • Monday to Friday working an 8 hour shift within the hours of 05:3017:30

What will I be doing?


Reporting to the Assistant Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of Health & safety training, including inductions to staff personnel working on day to day operations.

You will also be working closely with the other members of the management team


You will:

  • Carry out inductions for newly appointed staff into the operation
  • Monitoring and ensuring the training matrix is kept up to date
  • Identifying training needs and carrying out refresher training
  • Arrange "train the trainer" training & CPC refreshers for operational drivers

What are the requirements?

  • You must have goof IT literacy and experience with Microsoft packages.
- the ability to manage your workload efficiency

  • Working with and managing a team, Previous supervisory experience is essential.
  • Experience of working within a busy logistics operation
  • A HGV licence would be desirable, but is not essential.
