Description

We are looking to recruit a capable, helpful, self-motivated and enthusiastic administrator who will be a key team member in providing support to all teams within the Digital and Information Service.

The focus of the role is to provide the procurement support. The team deals with a large volume of IT equipment and telephone orders.

The team is responsible for the process from quotation to delivery, including dealing with invoices, stock management, moving stock items to the other areas of the Trust.

The post holder will also assist with general office administration duties
- data recording, scheduling meetings, room bookings, stationary orders and other office-based task.


The post holder will be working in a very fast phased environment and will work with multiple programmes and purchasing platforms at the same time.

Multitasking, numeracy, attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills are essential as well as computer literacy. You will need to be flexible in order to deal with changing priorities and have a "can do" attitude.

The role is office based, 37.5h /week, Monday

  • Friday, 08:3017:00.
Temporary 12 month contract.
