About us
We are the representative comittee of Community Pharmacies across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.


Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Lead.

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of outreach public health proje.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and systems.

You will be working with out Community Pharmacy Teams as well as our Outreach Pharmacist to reach cohorts of patients that generally do not engage with mainstream health organisations.


Duties:


  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Proven experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, or similar software
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience supervising and leading teams
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of product management principles is a plus

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
