My client specialises in technology and supplies national and international customers. On their behalf, I am recruiting a Sales Administrator to support product sales and office operations.
For this role to be a good suit for you, you'll be highly organised, be able to prioritise effectively and manage tasks concurrently.
You'll absorb information quickly, and have a head for numbers and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Excel, Outlook and Teams and the confidence to learn new systems are essential. You will utilise your confident and professional communication styleto ensure actions get completed on time.
The role of Sales Administrator is incredibly varied, but your duties will include:
- Processing orders and subscription renewals
- Preparing delivery documentation and customs paperwork
- Booking international deliveries
- Processing POs
- Providing quotations and proforma invoices
- Managing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Coordinating foreign travel arrangements
- Placing orders for office consumables
- Receiving and sorting post and parcels
- Maintaining stock records
- Assisting with accounting and financerelated duties
- Actioning all other adhoc duties as necessary
