Reed Health and Care are recruiting for a Home Manager to support clients home specialist children's support service.

You will be support young people and ensure the creation of bespoke packages of care and ensure that compliance of OFSTED regulation are maintained.

The role can be broken down into the following areas Management of staff, Management of the service, Performance Quality of the service, Finance, Human Resources, Training of Staff, Safeguarding, Managing referrals, Relationship management, ensuring thehighest quality of Premises.

What we ask from you at least 2 years in management in a care setting, experience of supporting young people with behaviour that challenges, hold a level 3 in Health and Social Care, a clear background and suitable references.

The role comes with annual salary 32k and 2k performance bonus.
