You'll

  • Input into the evolving workforce planning requirements
  • Maintain our inhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage adverts and be on top of the latest recruitment trends
  • Support with administrative duties related to this role
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR

We're looking for:


  • Experience resourcing in an inhouse environment, ideally in construction / project controls
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Office 365 and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and selfmotivate
  • Excellent communication skills
    with a genuine approach

Requirements and Location:


  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Working from home and 2 days in our London office
