You'll

Input into the evolving workforce planning requirements
Maintain our inhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage adverts and be on top of the latest recruitment trends
Support with administrative duties related to this role
Ensure compliance with GDPR

We're looking for:

Experience resourcing in an inhouse environment, ideally in construction / project controls
Strong administration and organisational skills
Intermediate IT skills, including Office 365 and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work independently and selfmotivate
Excellent communication skills
with a genuine approach

Requirements and Location:

Full right to work in the UK
Working from home and 2 days in our London office
