Description
Responsibilities:
- Help with customer problems.
- Answer customer questions about services.
- Help customers with billing issues.
- Solve problems for customers.
- Be on call when the rest of the team are out at meetings.
- Unblock customers' accounts when their cards have expired.
- Be available to answer questions from coworkers.
