Responsibilities:


  • Help with customer problems.
  • Answer customer questions about services.
  • Help customers with billing issues.
  • Solve problems for customers.
  • Be on call when the rest of the team are out at meetings.
  • Unblock customers' accounts when their cards have expired.
  • Be available to answer questions from coworkers.

£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
