A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well known waste company as a Service Delivery Supervisor operating the Street Services Contract on behalf of London Borough of Bexley on a full-time basis.

The main focus of this role will be management of the day-to-day operational service through efficient deployment of staff and equipment to ensure productivity and quality KPIs are achieved whilst ensuring that health and safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Duties/Responsibilities

Ensure that all services are efficiently organised and that the right level of staffing is allocated to meet the needs of the Contract on a daily basis.
Monitor performance, timekeeping, attendance, holidays, overtime, and sickness levels of individuals.
Conduct absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance meetings as required and in line with Company procedures.
Manage the allocation, efficient usage and replacement of PPE for your allocated crews in consultation with the Operations Manager.

Job Spec

Pay
£40,000 per annum + a company Van:
24/7 on call cover on 9 occasions per year
£300 per occasion paid to you:

Essential requirements

Strong Leadership Skills
Good Communication Skills
IT Literate
Previous Management Experience
UK Driving Licence
Class 2 HGV Licence with an uptodate CPC
