We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Transport Planner to join our established Transport division

Based in our Bristol office, you will be joining a fun, highly engaged team who love what they do Our team have a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities and expert advice.

Working collaboratively and as part of our national team you will be exposed to a wide variety of project work and practice.

Your role will include:

Delivering on a variety of transport projects both within the public and private sector, ensuring they are both technically excellent and commercially successful.
Manage, develop, and maintain excellent relationships with statutory authorities, clients, architects, and the wider design team.
Support with the develop of junior members of the team.

Our Transport division:

Our transport team are advising developers, planners, and public bodies to better understand travel behaviours which influences site development and investment in infrastructure.

We're engaged in all aspects of traffic and transportation planning, working on projects with a broad range of clients including public sector and private sector organisations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in all aspects of development planning including Transport Assessments, Junction modelling and design, Masterplanning, Travel Plans and ES Transport Chapters.
Post graduate qualification in transport planning/engineering or a degree in a related discipline.
Knowledge of relevant transportation modelling programs
Junctions (ARCADY/PICADY), LinSig and TRICS.
Understanding of the principles and outputs of strategic models (SATURN and VISSIM/PARAMICS) would be beneficial.
