They are in the top best companies to work for and we are delighted to be supporting a new Head of People and Culture secure their next hire into their people team.

The People and Talent agenda is extensive with plenty to do, for an experienced HR Adviser looking to make the move into their first People Partner role.

The company culture is something the business is proud of, and this role is part of their mission to evolve and enhance this even further.

Your role will be varied and fully generalist.

Their are 3 main parts to this role, on top of the generalist operational duties:

DE&I - this will sit with you to navigate, influence and co-ordinate initiatives across the business.


HRIS - you will work closely with suppliers to ensure a more consistent utilisation of systems and processes across the People and Talent space.


Management Training - you will review, develop and enhance how this is delivered.

We are looking to bring someone in as soon as possible, and are interviewing for this position now.

In relation to ways of working, this role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week based our of their London office.
