Our client is a customer-centric company who specialise in award-winning outdoor sports products. The team are dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers and creating a highly positive work environment.


Due to continued growth they are looking for an Account Manager to support existing customers and the external sales team.

This role would suit someone who is customer orientated and service focused who can bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and fresh ideas to this newly created role.


About the role

  • Provide administrative Oracle NetSuite? support to the sales team, including managing orders, processing invoices, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for highend customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product shipments, resolve logístical challenges, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis, including tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamline internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

About you

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with highend customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous.
  • A passion for outdoor sports and an understanding of the industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
