Boundary Outlet - Colne

35 Hours a week working 5 days out of 7

Are you passionate about retail and customer service? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our men's fashion department.

If you have a keen eye for style, excellent communication skills, and a desire to create exceptional shopping experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere within the menswear department.
Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences, needs, and style.
Provide expert advice on styling, fit, and fashion trends to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our menswear collections.
Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring the availability of products on the shop floor at all times.
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Continuously develop your knowledge of men's fashion trends and industry updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a menswear or fashionrelated environment.
A genuine passion for men's fashion, with knowledge of current trends and styles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customers' needs and provide personalised recommendations.
Proactive and selfmotivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as per the store's schedule.
