We are on the lookout for an individual with a proactive approach, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist callers and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare Sector is desirable but not essential; we offer comprehensive training.
- Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining composure in fastpaced situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including:
- Monitoring monthly staff activities.
- Maintaining recruitment information packs and training materials.
- Data entry into spreadsheets.
- Organising and filing paperwork.
