Cambridgeshire Care Agency, a distinguished independent care provider in East Anglia with a proud history spanning over 29 years, is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Peterborough.

We are on the lookout for an individual with a proactive approach, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist callers and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare Sector is desirable but not essential; we offer comprehensive training.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining composure in fastpaced situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including:
  • Monitoring monthly staff activities.
  • Maintaining recruitment information packs and training materials.
  • Data entry into spreadsheets.
  • Organising and filing paperwork.
