Client Details


Due to an internal promotion, this nationally based client within the Medical and Nursing sector are currently looking for a Regional Team Leader (remote) to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for overseeing roughly 25 staff memberswho work on zero hour contracts at different medical centres within the East Anglia region, including Cambridgeshire, Norwich, Loughton and Luton.


Description
As a Regional Team Leader (remote) your key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for the provision of a fully covered on-call rota to meet business KPIs
  • Participate on an equal basis in the Regional Team Leader rota providing technical support and guidance for direct reports
  • Responsible for customer complaint management and trend analysis, line managing staff, using trend data to reduce complaints and improve service
  • Responsible for implementing and managing performance trackers, recruitment and leaver processes
  • Responsible for the management of stock and equipment
  • Meeting customers where/ when necessary

Profile

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in management of remote workers
  • Previous experience of managing and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
  • Live locally to locations as mentioned above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Friendly and approachable
