    Role Overview

    This role encompasses devising and implementing an internal communications strategy to clearly communicate our firmwide strategy and responsible business agenda. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications plan.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve better coordination of internal communications.
    • Establishing strong relationships with key contacts to gather news and information.
    • Coordinating, writing, editing, and publishing Intranet, newsletter, and email content.
    • Leading the production of our annual responsible business report.
    • Establishing metrics for measuring the impact and success of internal communications and campaigns.

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • 5+ years' experience in communications.
    • Commercial acumen and excellent client service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Flexibility to travel to London or other UK offices as required.
