Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Having a passion for working in a team environment
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to postsale followup

Experience:

• Previous experience in telesales is essential
• A strong understanding of Digital Marketing techniques is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus

Up to £11.34 per hour
