Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities will include:
- Matching, checking & processing invoices
- Reconciliation of statements
- Solving invoice queries
- Assisting with other general accounting duties including reporting
- Preparation of BACS payments and posting of payments onto the system
- Being first point of contact for all relevant supplier enquiries

- Experience working within an office environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team

- Good time management and organisational skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
