Description
The role includes management of all Pre-Planned Maintenance, Remedial Works and Response Repairs in line with statutory requirements and Health & Safety guidance.
You will be responsible for managing all business and site issues relating to Children's Centres, Youth Clubs and Adventure Playgrounds, overseeing the management of the premises (where applicable) contracts and service level agreements, ICT management anddata collection/disbursement and financial management.

35 hours per week Mon to Fri
£29.21 PAYE £36.36 LTD UMB per hour
