Description

Lynx UK Ltd, a local telecoms asset management and engineering company, has an opportunity to join our HR team working Monday to Friday.


Following successfully completing training the role would offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office in Andover.


Working along side colleagues in the HR team and managers across the company you will have experience of working in HR and / or recruitment, and must have strong organisation and communication skills.


Main responsibilities but not limited to:

Recruitment

  • Prepare and post job adverts online on authorised job boards and company website and agencies where appropriate
  • Maintain and keep recruitment spreadsheets up to date
  • Arrange & attend interviews and keep calendars up to date
  • Assist with arranging new starters forms and prepare induction agendas
  • Preparation of new employee HR file paper and network copies
  • Liaising with Projects Admin for security checks to be completed and uniform to be ordered

General Administration

  • Maintain personnel files both paper and network copies.
  • Adding new starters to spreadsheets and systems
  • Assist in sending out employee references & chasing responses.
  • Process holiday and make up time requests, maintain HR Holiday calendars and spreadsheets.
  • Manage all absence. Processing return to works, self
- certificates, and update absence on Holiday spreadsheet.

  • Process sickness analysis and costings spreadsheet.
  • Log individual NCRs on quality spreadsheet
  • Keep incident file updated.
  • Manage Drivers Declaration Spreadsheet including annual requests and checks
  • Process Warehouse timesheets
  • Advice Finance of any changes to salary
  • Review and update HR policies and processes
  • Noite taking in meetings

Training

  • Maintain training file, training records and office skills matrices
  • Maintain external training requests file and add external training to HR calendar
  • Ensure copies of training certificates are received, logged and stored accordingly

Any other task required by the role as may arise from time to time._

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

It offers 22 days holiday, increasing with length of service and offers Hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, and increasing to cover busy, holiday periods where required.


Salary:
Up to £23,965.00 per year
