Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 Base + OTB £70,000 + Benefits

Remote Role, Must be able to visit Coventry based office once a week.

The Company and Role

My client is in search of an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant / Account Manager with a proactive customer focused mindset.

They are embarking on a significant global growth through varied sales strategies and the launch of new software products. In the role you will manage assigned accounts by developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers.

They offer a strong intuitive Business Inteligence and financial reporting system for clients adjusting to business requirements to create a tailored CRM experience.

Sold into Distriutors, manufactuers, retailers, automotive and charities at a mid-marketlevel.

Your touch point will primarily be Finance Directors, Sales Directors, IT Directors and Managng Directors.

What is expected in the role
Manage assigned accounts through developing strong and positive relationships while understanding the customers business and technical needs.

Provide outstanding customer service and support ensuring the client is gaining value from their investment

Have a strong sales mindset to identify new business opportunities in existing accounts to promote growth.

Update and manage all customer records within the CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce or Similar)

Conduct training sessions on key areas of the software at client requests. Understanding customer

Help maintain the company's 97% renewal rate

What you need?
Minimum 2-3 Years' experience In Customer Success or Account Management roles with a keen sales ability in a software sales environment

Ideally come from a SaaS role where customer base was from a Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing and F&B background

Must have worked with a product that has a technical aspect and be comfortable working with data. The ability to manipulate data sets is preferred

Any exposure to SQL is beneficial but not essential

Driven attitude to achieve targets while operating in a high-performance culture

Experience developing relationships with a varied customer base
