Our client who is one of the UK's largest logistics organisations is currently looking to hire an experienced Performance Test Engineer for the team.

The business is currently in the process of making a real push on automating where they can and as a resultneed someone to come in and carry out Performance Testing.

This is an exciting role for a Performance Test Engineer to join a fantastic team. You will design and perform end-to-end, exploratory, and performance tests.

You will be responsible for working with the test and project teams to provide Impact Assessments,Test planning and documentation, Test script creation and script execution.


Whilst no direct line management duties are expected, the role holder will be expected to have basic people administration and management experience to a level that they can provide to cover Non-Functional Lead should the need/opportunity arise.


Technical & People Skills:


  • Wellversed in software development and testing life cycle.
  • Deep understanding of using scripting tools like LoadRunner or JMeter
  • Familiar with queueing and data stream systems (Rabbit MQ).
