About Our Client:

Our client is a reputable name in the Not for Profit and Charities sector.

Based in South West London, they boast a sizeable workforce, contributing positively towards meaningful causes and impacting lives across the region.


  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in their daily operations.
  • Handle and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Maintain and update financial records regularly.
  • Collaborate with team members on financial projects.
  • Manage petty cash and perform reconciliations as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the finance manager.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
