Morgan McKinley are searching for a permanent Leadership and Development Delivery Specialist to work within a vibrant focused HR team based and HQ in the Reading area with flexible working patterns.

This role can however be based remotely with only occasionaltravel to HQ, London the Midlands or Manchester.

The main duties of this role are listed below:

Design and deliver the leadership development programme
Manage the learning curriculum
Support the roll out of group behaviour and leadership workshops
Update with the L&D hub, writing content and uploading relevant content
Onboarding third party suppliers
Support and lead leadership projects and so much more.

We are looking for a Leadership Development specialist with between - 5 years of L&D experience. Ideally you will come from a large corporate organisation. You will be highly organised, hungry to grow and learn and have proven leadership and developmentexperience.
