Job Description:

Your responsibilities include:


  • Serve as a product expert, product evangelist and the voice of the customer
  • Work with customers and focus groups to identify product enhancements and consolidate input
  • Work with the sales, support and development teams to identify and document user stories and requirements
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for the product
  • Lead product design, write users stories and detailed requirements
  • Define and quantify the impact of new products and/or features being considered for inclusion in a product release.
  • Define and drive functional and technical strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Develop architecture and coding standards while ensuring the standards are being adhered to
  • Lead software design reviews and participate in code reviews.
  • Develop indepth knowledge of competitor products, identify and maintain strengths and weaknesses (SWOT)
  • Work with technology and integration partners to define integration processes and requirements.
  • Develop sales and product collateral as well as goto
- market and launch materials

  • Assist in product testing, analysis and diagnosis
  • Document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings and sequences

It's essential you have these skills:

  • Scrum/Agile experience. Certifications valued but not required.
  • Technical prowess. You are adept in system architecture, integration and client/server to Web and SaaS technologies.


  • Logistics

  • Supply Chain background experience.
  • A great communicator. You communicate in a professional and personable manner.
  • Team Player. You love being the decision maker, coordinator, go between and referee.
  • Best practices. You are always looking for ways to make things better, faster and more streamlined both for customers and internally.
  • Software enhancements. You love working with customers to come up with ways to improve the software to make their life better. You can articulate the business value and impact of why a functional or technical improvement or enhancement is justified.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
