Profile:

Opportunity for an outgoing, organised and confident Production executive to work within the marketing department, and with the sales and editorial teams ensuring smooth delivery of all production tasks for all events, media magazines, digital platforms, event supplements and websites.


About you:
You will need to be creative, self-motivated, meticulous, with an eye for detail. A good communicator with the ability to work as a team. You will need to be organised and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.


Role Summary:
You will create and implement key production processes across the business ensuring that all advertising, suppliers' deliverables are met.

You will work with editorial to ensure flat plans and event supplements are completed with the correct advertising size and specification.

You will communicate and work with third parties and partnerships delivering marketing plans and agreements. You will be expected to attend events where necessary.


Key responsibilities:


  • Meet all press deadlines on time and efficiently
  • Ensure all advertising is chased across all platforms, proofed and to customer satisfaction
  • Proofread all digital and printed content
  • Management production dashboard via CRM system
  • Demonstrate best practice knowledge in marketing and communication
  • Set up complete production schedule/calendar for all products
  • Manage 3rd party campaigns, import HTML files diagnose and fix formatting issues
  • Complete flat plans and distribute to all relevant team members
  • To amend a flat plan to accommodate and editorial/advertising required
  • Manage the company's Issuu account with updating and uploading
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Liaise and build relationships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes with suppliers where required
  • To work with all relevant sales members on required products and their production needs
  • Sending of inhouse Briefing Newsletters each week to multiple industries
  • Ensure printers are aware of specifics with any printed edition with clear detailed instructions
  • Updating of company website and event microsites using WordPress
  • To support marketing team where required
  • Event attendance of house events

Skills Required:


  • Production experience essential
  • Fully proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft office, an advantage to have knowledge of Adobe, Google analytics, WordPress
  • Highly organised with pinsharp eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely creative with an eagerness to offer ideas
  • Ability to create strong rapport with others
  • Selfmotivated and strong team player that can also work well independently
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data to produce useful information

Pay:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
