Realise provides tailored support for people who may be living with their family, living in their own accommodation or to those who wish to progress to more independent living.


Realise recruit based on values - Have some experience in a care environment, particularly within a challenging environment where you have led/supervised a team.
Drivers are preferred for this role.

FULL TIME 39 HOURS PER WEEK POSITION AVAILABLE

  • As a valued member of our team,
    Specialist Team Leaders are key to helping us provide the support and care our individuals deserve and ensuring staff develop all the skills, they need, to become effective and competent support workers.

Specialist Team Leaders will be office based in Huish House, Taunton. There will also be an element of shift work to support with shadow shifts for new starters, role modelling, training, compliance, auditing and much more.

Specialist Team Leaders will be line managing a team of support workers to provide guidance and advice to support with personal care, emotional needs, daily activities and dealing with professionals in MDT situations.

    £ £14.50 per hour (

Salary:
£13.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
