This a rare opportunity for an up and coming field sales professional to benefit frombest in class training and development and join a market leading as an Area Sales Manager.

This opportunity will suit an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager who wants to cut their teeth in specification sales.

There will be career prospects into middlemanagement & senior sales roles for the right person.


The Role of Area Sales Manager
This is a field / home based role covering the area of Surrey, Sussex, Kent & Hampshire.

As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for winning and tracking specifications from architect to main contractor, sub-contractor, championing the companies' leadingrange of render systems, external wall insulation, concrete repair and screeds.

The Area Sales Manager will work on both commercial and residential projects (new build and refurb), therefore there will also be some time spent with house builders.

This rolewill suit an all rounder - as you will be dealing with all decision makers that include, Estimators, Project Managers, Architects, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Owners etc.


  • Whilst specification sales isn't a prerequisite it is advantageous if you understand the specification process from architect main contractor subcontractor distributor
