**Lead Supervisor

Property Maintenance firm.**Parker Jones is currently recruiting on behalf of an established regional property maintenance firm with this regional office based in Portsmouth. The group is currently maintaining homes and other council properties within Portsmouth.

The role:

To succeed in this role, you will need a positive, professional, and versatile attitude at all times within a constantly changing, and continuously improving environment.

You will require strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage your team of supervisors in the delivery of work.

The company expects high standards of service delivery for its client and you are responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of repairs and maintenance.

You will be accountable for the operational delivery of the work under your control ensuring repairs represent value for money, are of the highest quality, and are undertaken by following high standards of health & safety practice.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade (Essential)
SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable)
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Essential)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 Years' experience of supervising of maintenance repairs/project works (Essential)
3+ Years line management experience (Essential)
5+ years relevant trade experience (Desirable)
