Description
Sales and Marketing person required to work closely with the Head of Sales within a Property Developer organisation.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FOR A RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR OR NEW HOMES DEVELOPER advantageous
Putting together brochures,
CGIs,
Liaising with marketing agencies
Organising Quotes
Raising Purchase Orders,
Updating budgets and chasing payments.
Updating price lists,
Website and property portals,
Social media
Assisting with some of the behind the scenes
Setting up sites on the CRM, filing and distributing choices, reservations etc.
Extremely high attention to detail.
Good numeracy skills
Ability to multi-task
Work well under pressure.
COINS both as a CRM and financial package, Smartsheets for workflow and excel (including basic formulas). All these can be trained.
Office based - ,Monday / Friday
