The highly rated insolvency team of this leading practice provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs.
The firm have identified a need within their flourishing department and they are actively looking to recruit an ambitious Newly Qualified Insolvency Solicitor.
Your role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvencyrelated matters.
The successful Insolvency Solicitor will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations.
You will be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and have a passion for business development.
A team player and a strong work ethos is essential for this role.
