Legal Team Admin Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to secure a 2-month contract as a
Legal Admin Assistant, this role is hybrid 3 days in the Aztec business park Bristol and 2 days in the office.
What will you be doing?
_key part of the NNB Legal team, providing administrative support in areas related to governance and compliance to help the team to achieve its ambitions and objectives_
_Arrange various meetings on behalf of the team relating to compliance and governance, including team meetings_
_Assist the Company Secretarial Assistant with ad-hoc administrative support_
_Design slide packs for presentations_
_Ad-hoc administrative support for the team in relation to export control record keeping, assisting in areas where the legal team has a responsibility under a EDF/HPC compliance policy and other compliance related administration_
_What are we looking for?_

Proven organisational, prioritisation and time management skills

Strong IT Skills and Microsoft packages
