We are looking for an experienced
Head of Change and Project Management for our client a global business based in Liverpool
.

Key Responsibilities:

To consult with the Senior Management Team on strategic change initiatives and to own and lead a range of change projects.
Responsible as a local functional lead, champion and coach to ensure that Project Management standards are met on every project within the organisation.
Ensuring that project team members are aware of and are compliant to Project Management standards
A role model of continuous improvement you will support a culture of problem solving and service evolution.
Working with key stakeholders across the business to anticipate PM resource needs and ensuring the skills and resources are available to meet these needs.
To embed new techniques within the organisation through coaching (e.g., Agile)

Key Skills / Experience Required:

Significant project leadership experience working in a multichannel contact centre (operations) at a senior level. (BPO experience desirable but not essential)
Familiar with service transition and new service establishment projects.
Thorough understanding and demonstrable experience of Project Management practices and frameworks.
Project management Qualification e.g., Prince
Credibility at a senior management level with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Top Level change management and project management skills and experience of significant business transformation projects.
People management skills and the ability to develop others.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Selfmotivated and driven to succeed with a passion for delivering first class customer service.
