We're looking for a Projects Admin to join our MoJ / Home Office Contracts Team
based in Basingstoke
. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, great family policies, fantastic high street and online discounts and even more.**
Location: Basingstoke - remote working may be available, with travel to offices across the region required


Contract:
Permanent, Full Time - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Responsibilities


As a Projects Administrator, you'll be working within the MoJ / Home Office Contracts Team, supporting them with admin and office support.


Your day to day will include:

  • L drive management and upload delivery
  • Quote submissions and approvals
  • Supporting Project Managers where required
  • Raising Contractual Purchase Agreements
  • Monitoring Admin Projects inbox & Adhoc admin duties where necessary

This role of Projects Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have previous Administrative experience
  • You have strong IT skills specifically MS Office
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to work to deadlines
