We're looking for a Projects Admin to join our MoJ / Home Office Contracts Team
based in Basingstoke

Location: Basingstoke - remote working may be available, with travel to offices across the region required
Contract:
Permanent, Full Time - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities
As a Projects Administrator, you'll be working within the MoJ / Home Office Contracts Team, supporting them with admin and office support.
Your day to day will include:
- L drive management and upload delivery
- Quote submissions and approvals
- Supporting Project Managers where required
- Raising Contractual Purchase Agreements
- Monitoring Admin Projects inbox & Adhoc admin duties where necessary

This role of Projects Administrator is great for you if:
- You have previous Administrative experience
- You have strong IT skills specifically MS Office
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to work to deadlines
