Job Summary:
Responsible for the providing Administration support.
Duties:
- Responding to customer queries, warranty claims and provision of general departmental support.
- Maintain up to date records of supplier contracts.
- Research new products and suppliers
- Assist in developing ideas for business growth based on industry trends, market & competitor analysis.
- Set up parts numbers on CRM
- Logging, updating, and maintaining the CRM
- Involvement in stock management administration
