Senior HR Business Partner

Location:

Salary:
up to £85,000pa.

JGA are partnered with one of the world's largest providers of services to seek a Senior HR Business Partner in Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

Acting as an Advisor to SLT
Developing creative solutions to business challenges and cultural change
Partnering with the business on growth activities including acquisitions and integrations
Partnering with Line Managers
Ensuring policies and procedures and compliant
Engaging in regional and corporate initiatives

Skills required:

A demonstrable and progressive career in HR
Track record leading and developing HR talent in a matrix organization
MCIPD or equivalent
Experience in multisited unionized environment
