Would you like to work in a fantastic role as a Hr compliance advisor for a company who value their staff?


Join this growing company based in Crawley where you will have the opportunity to join their growing team as a HR compliance advisor.

The Role


Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager this role is responsible for ensuring that all the appropriate HR administrative tasks are completed This will cover from recruitment through to resignation and all the essential regulatory checks that are applicable.

What you'll need:

  • Experience of background checking within a secure/financial environment
  • Awareness of HR Compliance best practice
  • Good organisational skills and Time Management
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and HR Systems
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Able to work in team
