Reports to:
VP of Engineering

Location:
Hybrid -Newmarket (1-day on-site)

Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000

What you'll be doing:

Working with multiple teams at Wonde to create accurate User Stories
Maintaining a wellstructured and prioritised backlog
Facilitate Agile meetings such as Agile Storyboarding and other requirementgathering tools and techniques
Define overall product vision and establish objectives
Drive sprint planning in order to deliver maximum value
Business partner with internal key stakeholders to develop, agree and implement project strategy
Create, prepare and deliver reports on the status of projects

Requirements:

What we're hoping you'll bring:

Product Owner and or Business Analyst experience
Proven track record of managing multiple projects within ambitious timelines
Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally
Strong stakeholder management skills with the willingness to challenge and be challenged (we love new ideas)
Ambition and initiative to drive change with the confidence to embrace new ways of working in an evermoving sector
Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
Demonstrable knowledge of multiple agile techniques, processes, patterns and tools
Backlog management using JIRA
Experience working in Edtech (a nice to have)
Technical background (a nice to have)
A keen eye for designing new products and functionality
