We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Assistant/Executive to join our team. The role involves working closely with the Marketing Manager, helping to devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the social media platform in HubSpot, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing product mailers using tools like Canva and Adobe, maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities, including maintaining records and artwork, creating data sheets, managing the product library and marketing stock room
  • Update and maintain the company website and online shop with accurate product information, engaging content, and relevant visuals.
  • Make changes to label artwork as needed, ensuring compliance and consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Update documentation and all company material with new branding
  • Champion the Fairfield Care brand across the business and maintain brand integrity in all marketing materials.
  • Create reports on marketing performance across channels, including website and social media.

Skills & Requirements:


  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva and the Adobe suite.
  • Experience in using HubSpot would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Google analytics would be desirable.
  • Degree or qualification in marketing would be desirable.

Pay:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
