- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across various
and Snapchat
- Analyse social media data, track performance metrics and generate reports to measure the
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and identify
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, SEO and web design to ensure
- Support with creative briefing for social assets across all platforms
- Support junior members of the team with training, QC and reporting
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative
- Support with any sales pitch requirements, gathering data
What we expect from you
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a
- Indepth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
- Local to our Leicester office, so you're able to attend the office 3 days a week
