Description

This role will ideally suit a person who has or is interested in working within probation or rehabilitation.

Location:
MARTIN HARKNETT WIMBLEDON LONDON

Rate: 9.50

Shift Pattern:
Mon to Fri (Needs to flexible on weekends)

Duties:

Undertake regular inspections and patrols of the building, including patrols of common areas in accordance with local procedures /damage or defects.
Always maintain an active presence in the building, remaining awake and vigilant whilst on duty
Monitor behaviour of highrisk residents and motivate residents to ensure compliance, and regularly engage with residents in a prosocial manner
Ensure that the building is locked and secure during curfew period and confirm the presence and wellbeing of residents overnight.
Support and create a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
