BellCornwall Recruitment is assisting a National Property Developer with their search for a receptionist to both greet guests and support the Office with administrative work
Receptionist duties:
- Monitor post and enter all incoming briefs and documents into the Chamber's inhouse IT system
- Keeping accurate records of briefs and instructions and process both correctly and in line with Practice policies
- Maintaining the office, both in keeping stock well supplied and keeping the Practice clean
- Answering the telephone and passing messages on to correct staff
- Photocopying and scanning of documents
- Assisting the Chambers Directors, Practice Directors, and Practice Managers with their workload
- Any adhoc duties when and where required
Ideal Receptionist will:
- Have an ability to stay calm and controlled under pressure
- An extreme level of integrity and discretion, due to the confidential nature of much of the work
- Significant organisational and prioritising skills
- Not looking to progress towards Barrister or Solicitor
- Possess a high level of analytical judgement in assessing situations
- Be willing to assist in all ways needed to support the Practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally with a Cabin Crew Background
