Are you a nurse, social worker or CPWP with a passion for working with children and young people? Do you have a real passion for education, social, emotional and the mental wellbeing needs of our young people? Do you want to make a real difference?Can you evidence a minimum of two years' experience working with children, young people and their families around social, emotional and mental health needs? Do you hold a professional qualification, registration or belong to a recognised governing body?
We are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner who is enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and resilient to join our established MHST in Hull.
The role will require the individual to be an identified lead for schools within the MHST and work closely with other early intervention and Early Help services.
